Here, we picked up a job after another contractor failed to please. We installed a french door, outdoor light, outlet and faucet. Refinished the main room - framed, drywalled, installed recessed lights, new closet, bifold doors, and bathroom entry door. We framed a hole in the wall into a bathroom entry, poured a floor, framed the bathroom, installed greenboard, tub, tub surround, tiled floor and surround and installed a hall access door. Also, we installed a door into the laundry room. The paint color selection was bold and turned out very nice.

This was a complete basement remodel. We framed, insulated, drywalled and finished the basement. Also, we installed a sub-level bathroom.

Here we put a plywood subfloor, tarpaper to dimish humity and we installed a oak wood floor. Immaculate!

Complete Basement Remodel (bath/laundry/rec rooms)

This was a great project. We installed a bathroom, laundry room and framed out a larger recreation room. We installed floor tile in the basement entry, bathroom and laundry room. We installed recessed lights throughout. We framed the ceilings and walls and then we hung, sanded and finished the drywall. Finally we painted the basement. The home owners are very happy with their new basement!
